Before becoming the king of bold, aromatic white pepper, loved by customers in over 20 countries, Nguansoon began with the determination of Ajjit Limpra<\/strong>. He tirelessly roamed the streets of Song Wat and Yaowarat, selling canned goods door-to-door, until he finally saved enough to open a small grocery shop in Leng Bui Yi Alley, Yaowarat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Song Wat was a bustling hub for agricultural goods and spices. Walking through the district daily, Ajjit saw an opportunity\u2014he began selling small packs of white peppercorns alongside his canned goods. Observing that customers would take the peppercorns home to grind into powder for convenience, he had an idea: why not grind the pepper himself? Using a traditional stone mill, he freshly ground white pepper on-site, ensuring customers could see and smell the pure, unadulterated spice firsthand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nguansoon\u2019s ground white pepper, made from premium-grade peppercorns, is famous for its strong aroma and fiery heat, enhancing the flavor of countless dishes. As word spread about the quality and bold fragrance of his pepper, Ajjit decided to package and brand it under \u201cThe Number One Hand\u201d label\u2014a name that quickly gained widespread recognition. Since 1954, it has been a household staple in Thai kitchens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
