Light Soy Sauce (Red Panda Brand)

A newer addition, this light soy sauce was developed using fermentation techniques learned from a partner brewery. The soybeans are mixed with wheat flour and rice flour, left untouched in clay jars for a year, producing a bright, delicate flavor.
